Warranty Timeline

All products sold directly by DonosHome or our authorized resellers are covered by a 24-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. 

This limited warranty does not affect any potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason. Please note that this guarantee excludes Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable.

Return Requirements:

  • Products must be undamaged and include all accessories.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be credited back using the same payment method as the initial order.
  • Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. After this window, non-quality-related refund requests cannot be processed.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact DonosHome customer support to initiate a return, providing the reason and order confirmation.
  2. DonosHome support will share the return address within 24 working hours.
  3. To process the refund, provide the courier name, tracking number, and a return notification.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Coverage:

  • Quality-related defects on items sold directly by DonosHome or authorized resellers are covered.
  • Limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase.

Replacement Process:

  • Defective items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model or a new item.
  • Warranties on replacements follow the original defective item's timeframe or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer.

Warranty Claim Process:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Document troubleshooting attempts.
  • Share the defective item's serial number and/or visible proof of the defect.
  • Return may be necessary for quality inspection.

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in certain situations:

  • Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
