All products sold directly by DonosHome or our authorized resellers are covered by a 24-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not affect any potential statutory warranty provided by law.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason. Please note that this guarantee excludes Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be undamaged and include all accessories.
- Original packaging must be included.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be initiated once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be credited back using the same payment method as the initial order.
- Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. After this window, non-quality-related refund requests cannot be processed.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Coverage:
- Quality-related defects on items sold directly by DonosHome or authorized resellers are covered.
- Limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase.
Replacement Process:
- Defective items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model or a new item.
- Warranties on replacements follow the original defective item's timeframe or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Provide proof of purchase.

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim.
